100% Uptime SLA
Little Oak Hosting will provide a minimum of 100% uninterrupted network connectivity for all contracted services. In the event that the network becomes unavailable, Little Oak Hosting will issue a credit for 10% of a customer's monthly service fees for the service affected for each consecutive period of ten minutes that the network is unavailable.
The maximum credit awarded in a single calendar month will not exceed 100% of that month's recurring monthly service fees. The credit must be requested and will be applied to the affected service only.
This guarantee does not cover outages caused by a scheduled or emergency maintenance, or outages caused by client error.
Little Oak Hosting is not responsible for downtime caused by customer negligence, or entities outside of Little Oak Hosting's control including but not limited to third party domain registrars.
